We carefully prepare and pack every tote bag before dispatch to make sure it reaches you safely.

• Custom Tote Bags: Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be created, prepared and delivered.
• Non-Custom Tote Bags: Please allow up to 2.5 weeks for your order to be prepared and delivered.
• Tracking: Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

As our custom bags are made especially for you, they require a little extra time. We appreciate your patience while we get your order ready!
